For the record, and in compliance with the provisions of the Amended Decree of the Supreme Court of the United States entered June 7, 1954, this is the submission of the 55th Annual Report of the River Master of the Delaware River for the 12-month period from December 1, 2007, to November 30, 2008. In this report, this period is referred to as the River Master report year or the report year.
