This is the fourth annual report to Congress under the International Anti-Bribery and Fair Competition Act of 1998 (P.L. 105-366). Section 6 of the law directs the secretary of commerce to submit annual reports for six years following the passage of the law on progress made in implementing the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development's 1997 convention on combating bribery of foreign public officials in international business transactions.
