Export-Import Bank: Energy Financing Trends Affected by Various Factors

This report is a General Accounting Office (GAO) response to a Congressional request that GAO identify (1) trends in Export-Import (Ex-Im) Banks financing of and applications for fossil fuel and renewable energy-related projects, (2) the extent of Ex-Im Banks reporting to Congress on its renewable energy efforts, and (3) key factors affecting Ex-Im Banks renewable energy sector financing.
