The Bureau of Reclamation (Reclamation) prepared this Finding of No Significant Impact (FONSI) to comply with the Council on Environmental Qualitys regulations for implementing the procedural provisions of the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA). This document briefly describes the proposed action, the alternatives considered, the scoping process, Reclamations consultation and coordination activities, and Reclamations finding. The Final Environmental Assessment (EA) fully documents the analyses.
