After analyzing the benefits of outsourcing for its financial services needs and evaluating proposals, the Agency entered into a reimbursable services agreement with the Department of the Treasury's Bureau of the Public Debt (BPD), an FMCE, for shared financial services, wherein BPD would provide a full range of services including accounting and financial reporting, travel management, and procurement.
