The Affected Environment, Environmental Consequences, Recommended Resource Protection Measures and Monitoring of the Proposed Action and No Action (No Grazing) alternative are summarized in this section for soil and water resources. The soil and water resources that are affected by the proposed action include soil condition and productivity, riparian area function and water quality. The areas affected is within the Walker Basin grazing allotment located in portions of the Red Rock and Mogollon Center Ranger Districts of the Coconino National Forest.
