The VA Office of Inspector General (OIG) is undertaking a systematic review of the Veterans Health Administrations (VHAs) community-based outpatient clinics (CBOCs) to assess whether CBOCs are operated in a manner that provides veterans with consistent, safe, high-quality health care. The purpose of this review is to assess whether CBOCs are operated in a manner that provides veterans with consistent, safe, high-quality health care in accordance with VA policies and procedures.
