The purpose of the report is to enhance biomedical research, Health and Hospitals Corporation (HHC) organized the HHC Research Enhancement Compliance Orientation and Resource Development Conference 2010 (HHC-RECORD). HHC, a large public healthcare system serving 1.3 million New Yorkers convened researchers and experts to discuss health services and clinical research development and compliance at HHC-RECORD. HHC-RECORD was hosted by Lincoln Medical and Mental Health Center, a HHC facility on October 5th and 6th , 2010. Day-1 was attended by researchers and administrators, and day-2, by research staff. Format of each session was customized for effective delivery of messages. Educational information was disseminated through electronic, digital and print media.
