An experimental lavestigation of the structure of sintered WC-Co and. TiC-Co alloys was carried out by means of dilatometric and metallographic methods. It was concluded that the sintering of cemented carbides takes place by transport of particles through the liquid hinder, followed by grain growth and coalescence of carbide grains.
