Report on the Analysis of Measurements and Observations, New York City Uhf-TV Project

摘要

Field strength measurements and picture observations were taken by specially trained crews at about 3900 randomly selected locations. This survey provided a significant sample for the area served by Empire State Building TV facilities out to a radius of 25 miles. The survey included complete measurements of Channels 2, 7 and 31, and information was developed on the availability and extent of TV service for low- and high-VHF channels as well as for UHF.
