Environmental Quality Assessment in Multiobjective Planning.

摘要

The report describes a methodology for environmental quality assessments which has been developed to implement the Principles and Standards developed by the Water Resources Council and Bureau of Reclamation Planning guidelines. A four level hierarchical structure for environmental quality account is described with 4components, 15categories,and 75evaluation factors used to organize environmental measurements into a standard procedure for displaying the beneficial and adverse effects of water resource development projects on environmental quality. Examples of appropriate measurements for each evaluation category are provided along with suggested tables that might be used to display and summarize data used in the evaluation.
