Somerset County Transportation and Industrial Port Complex Study for Somerset County Maritime Development Committee, Somerset County, Maryland

摘要

The objective of this study was to determine the economics and financial feasibility for a transportation and industrial complex in Somerset County, Maryland. At the heart of the complex is a proposed port facility at Crisfield, with an integrated water oriented industrial park. The study determines the socio-economic impact of both the port and the industrial park on the Lower Eastern Shore, and to develop construction, management, marketing and financial implementation strategies.
