Region IV Prime Sponsor Survey: Training Needs and Operational Analysis

The paper reports the results of a survey of 28 Southeastern (Region IV) CETA prime sponsors conducted in 1979. The respondents report their needs for various types of training and educational assistance. Baseline data on agency operations and managerial practices are also reported. Among the areas covered are staffing patterns, employee turnover, employment procedures and interaction with external agencies. Comparisons of large and small prime sponsors along these dimensions are also made.
