The Election Case Law contains analyses of various Supreme Court, Federal and State Court Cases involving election matters. The principal purpose of the Election Case Law is to furnish in the form of a brief analysis the important court decisions in the election law field. Should more information be desired by the reader, it might be necessary to contact the court involved to get a complete version of the decision regarding any of the analyses of the cases. In analyzing decisions in the publication, the objectives are to include as many decisions and provide as much detail about those decisions as time and space permit.
