Ozone Toxicity Effects Consequent to Prolonged, High Intensity Exercise in Trained Endurance Athletes

摘要

The purpose of the study was: (1) to investigate the effects of ozone exposure combined with very high ventilation volumes during exercise and (2) to study selected ventilatory and respiratory metabolism parameters and subjective symptomatology which suggests mechanisms for loss of maximal aerobic performance following ozone exposure.
