Revised Farm-to-Retail Price Spreads for Dairy Products

Revised data, data sources, and methodology used in estimating the farm value of dairy products in the market basket are presented in detail. New indexes are given for all dairy products and three subgroups--fluid milk and cream, whole milk, and manufactured dairy products. Previously indexes were not available for the three subgroups.
