EPA is considering the issuance of new source National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) permits to Houston Lighting & Power Co. for wastewater discharges from the Malakoff Electric Generating Station and to the North American Coal Corporation (NACCO) for wastewater discharges from the Trinity Mine.
