摘要

The food consumption survey of housekeeping households in the Northeast conducted in the spring of 1977 indicated that--quantities of food used by households during a week were sufficient, on the average, to provide nutrients meeting the Recommended Dietary Allowances (RDA) set in 1974. Each of the 11 nutrients studied are protein, calcium, iron, magnesium, phosphorus, vitamin A, thiamin, riboflavin, vitamin B6, vitamin B12, and ascorbic acid.
