The report is a competitive assessment of the U.S. equipment leasing industry. Equipment leasing is a relatively new phenomenon in international trade. The report is one of the first comprehensive efforts at defining and analyzing the international lease market, assessing future U.S. competitiveness in the market, and identifying and discussing the policy issues and options facing the U.S. Government which affect the competitiveness of U.S. leasing companies.
