Procedure to Compute Separate Analyses for Tumor Prevalence for Sacrificed and Dead/Moribund Animals in Chronic Studies

The present project was undertaken to provide a computational procedure to carry out two separate prevalence analyses. A modification to the existing SAS procedure, CHRONIC, has been made to include an option for separate prevalence analyses for any two strata of animals. A poster presentation of the modified procedure was presented by J.J. Chen at the Joint Annual Statistical Meetings, August 1984. A written version, co-authored by J.J. Chen, R.L. Kodell and M.G. Haskin, will appear in the 1984 Proceedings of the Statistical Computing Section of the ASA.
