The plan contains new health status and health system goals and objectives for the Tennessee Health Service Area VI and also updates previously addressed goals and objectives from the 1981-86 plan. The plan is a detailed statement of goals describing a healthful environment and health systems in the area which, when developed, will assure that quality health services will be available and accessible with continuity of care, at reasonable costs, for all residents of the area.
