Economic Assessment of Marine Recreational Fishing in Southern California

The report provides a comprehensive economic analysis of marine recreational fishing (MRF) activity between Point Conception, California and the Mexican border during 1983. MRF participation, effort and catch are listed. The report describes the demand for MRF in the study area. It includes an assessment of the economic value of MRF using willingness to pay as the relevant measure of value. Direct, indirect and induced economic impacts are estimated.
