The system outline herein is issued for the guidance of installation forces. It covers the standards to be applied when installing electrical equipment, conduits, conduit boxes, and cables used in the power, control, communication, and lighting systems of powerplants, dams, switchyards, outlet works, pumping plants, canal structures, and related structures of projects designed by the Bureau of Reclamation.
