Net-Theoretical Methods in Modelling by Byzantine Consensus Protocols in Agreement Problems

摘要

To model and analyze the solutions of the Consensus Problem in fault tolerant distributed systems, the use of predicate/transition nets is introduced. The net models developed demonstrate especially the concurrency and symmetry properties in solution protocols. System properties such as liveness have been studied using net-theoretical methods.
