Prevention of Child Abuse and Neglect in Child Care Settings

The purpose of the Manual is to assist child development program personnel in preventing child abuse and neglect within child care settings and in identifying and reporting child abuse and neglect. The Manual was written in conjunction with child care and family advocacy staffs of Headquarters Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps, and Coast Guard.
