The report presents a study plan to outline the specific studies required to address the Phase II objectives of the Glen Canyon Environmental Studies (GCES). The report was developed in response to a directive from the Executive Review Committee to provide a more definitive outline of the technical requirements, the costs, and the time required to complete the environmental and economic portions of the GCES Phase II technical studies program.
