Copyright in Works of Architecture. The Report of the Register of Copyrights on Works of Architure

摘要

The report explores United States protection of works of architecture in light of U.S. adherence to the Berne Convention which became effective March 1, 1989. The report examines architectural protection in other countries, current protection and further possible protection to be afforded in the United States. Finally, the report investigates the nature and scope of noncopyright forms of U.S. architectural protection.
