Collection of materials on issues involving environment and health in EasternEurope. Special emphasis on the environmental problems in Hungary, Yugoslavia, Romania, Bulgaria, Poland, and Czechoslovakia such as air and water pollution, chemical hazards, safety hazards and injuries, psychosocial issues and risk perception. Analysis of the issue whether it is possible to have both economic development and environmental protection in Eastern Europe.
