Studies for the Production of Super-Pure Silicon Nitride Powder. Final Report

摘要

The chemistry of Si-Cl, Si-I, Si-S, is interesting as one attempts to discover new routes to Si sub 3 N sub 4 powder. The sulfur routes are most interesting. New alpha / beta ratio dependencies are discovered and the importance of breaking down the many parameters to achieve understanding of this complex compound is discussed. (ERA citation 08:010288)
