Heat transfer coefficients and pressure losses during condensation of vapor flow in horizontal condensers are analyzed for effects of heat flux density, forces produced by the heat flow, normalized condensate flow, and for the share of condensate flow in the mass flow of the vapor chamber. It is shown that pressure loss during condensation in horizontal tube bundles depends on the heat transfer coefficient; the Nussellt dependence of the heat transfer coefficient on heat flux density or forced temperature difference was not confirmed for steam heat transfer coefficients in the first pipe rows of the condenser.
