摘要

The reproduction physiology of Xiphophorus is described. Laboratory mutants constitute a system of 60 stable and genetically determined species. Resulting from their crossbreeding melanomas appear due to a disorded oncongene. The Xiphophorus system is studied to determine the oncogene characteristics, regulation and transmission. Studies on Xiphophorus under weightlessness are recommended; influence of zero-g environment on skeleton and musculosketal structure; epigenetic and/or genetic effects of zero-g environment on embryogenesis in vivo and in vitro; and the effects of the combined action of cosmic radiation and weightlessness on embryos, sub-adult and adult animals of the mutation-sensitive Xiphophorus test species to investigate mutagenesis and teratogenesis.
