摘要

Stitched warp-knit textile composite materials are currently being considered for use in primary aircraft structures. In the NASA Advanced Subsonic Technology (AST) program, a stitched composite wing skin is being developed to demonstrate both the manufacturing and analytical technology needed to produce such structures. Structural panels, such as the one shown in this document, are made of stiffening elements that are mechanically attached to the skin with stitches in the dry preform state before the resin is introduced via resin film infusion (RFI).
