Design Study of the CHI-X, a Special Purpose Computer System.

摘要

This document represents a final report on a study to determine whether the design concept of the AP-90Array/Arithmetic Processor can be integrated into a special-purpose,high-performance computer system for performing certain tasks cost effectively. This work involved primarily the specification of all elements of a new computer system called the CHI-X System. Brief summaries of the work performed,results,and conclusions are given. The major portion of the report is concerned with CHI-X computer system specifications.
