CALFIL: A Subroutine to Prepare a Calendar Table for the Critical Path Management Program CPM.

A subroutine (CALFIL) has been written in FORTRAN for the CHAT compiler at LLL that will automatically prepare a five-year calendar table for the Critical Path Management program CPM. The subroutine uses Zeller's rule for calendar dates and the theory of congruences as the basis of an algorithm to determine non-working dates of every month in any year to 1999.
