CONTRIBUTION TO THE THEORY OF TWO-PHASE, ONE-COMPONENT CRITICAL FLOW

This investigation starts with a brief introduction to the various problems associated with two-phase flow and critical flow in particular.nIn Chapter II, a literature survey of two-phase critical flow is presented which covers the most extensive studies carried out on this subject up to date. Void fraction, flow pattern, and pressure drop in two-phase flow are also briefly discussed.nIn Chapter III and IV the experimental apparatus and operating procedure are described in detail.
