STATISTICAL STUDY OF THE EFFECTS OF MEASUREMENT ERRORS ON THE EXTRAPOLATED RADIUS AND HEIGHT CALCULATION FOR A CYLINDRICALnREACTOR

摘要

The scope of the present report is to describe the statistical and numerical procedure used to evaluate the magnitude of the error in the size of the extrapolated radius and height of a cylindrical reactor.nOn account of the complexity of the formulas, a statistical procedure was preferred. Moreover, there seemed to be no systematic way for evaluating independently the consequence of both experimental and numerical errors.
