摘要

Four programs for calculating formal and ionic concentrations in mixed sodium sulfate--sulfuric acid solutions are described. Two of the programs calculate the sulfuric acid concentration required in a given total sulfate (H2S04 + Na2S04) concentration to produce a specified sulfuric acid activity and also calculate ionic composition and ionic strength of the resulting solution. The other two programs calculate the ionic composition and strength and sulfuric acid activity of solutions of specified formal composition. The methods of operation of the programs are described, their theoretical basis is outlined, and listings are presented.
