摘要

As has been demonstrated in stochastic theories, the coefficient of turbulent diffusion can be evaluated using the correlation time of the fluctuating electric field. This coefficient can also be determined by direct measurement of the correlation product.nIn studying instability over a broad range, the most interesting feature of the correlation technique is that the Fourier transform of the autocorrelation and mutual correlation functions can provide a spectrum of energy density, the dispersion equation, and the length of correlation fluctuation.
