The work performed during this research program is summarized here in two volumes. The first volume covers modeling criteria, description of the experimental apparatus and experimental procedure as well as well as a discussion of some of the representative results and conclusions. The second volume contains all the pertinent data obtained during the research program.nIn what follows, the term "cell" will refer to a single air cooled condenser. The term "unit" will refer to a set of cells immediately adjacent to each other. Tests in this program involved a four-cell unit, an eight-cell unit and ninety-six cells mounted in twelve units.
