摘要

Male and female rats were exposed to low concentrations of carbon disulfide and hydrogen sulfide for 70 to 90 days and then were mated. In a second series, females only were exposed and in a third series, males only were exposed. On the 20th day of pregnancy fetuses were removed and histological preparations were made. Observations were made on fetal growth, teratogenesis, and ossification. Carbon disulfide and hydrogen sulfide brought about disruptions of morphogenesis of liver and kidneys exhibited principally in retardation of the differentiation of hematopoietic elements of the liver and in an increasing number of cells of the megakaryoblast series. These changes are coupled with vascular pathology. (ERA citation 03:036123)
