PROGRAM ECSX4 (VERSION 78-1): CONVERSION OF EXPERIMENTALLY MEASURED CROSS-SECTION DATA FROM THE FOUR-CENTER-EXCHANGE (X-4) FORMAT TO THE LIVERMORE ECSIL FORMAT

We have written a computer code called BCSX4 that converts experimentally measured cross-section data from the four-center-exchange (X-4) format to the Livermore Experimental Cross-Section Information Library (ECSIL) format. The major advantage of this program is that it converts the variable format and dimensioned data of to X-4 format to fixed-field format and consistent set of units of the ECSIL format. This consistency greatly simplifies the subsequent use of to data for cross-section evaluations.
