Program for Comparing Multi-Attributed Values and Impacts

摘要

An improved method of performing value-impact analyses was developed for the US Nuclear Regulatory Commission in their continuing effort to regulate improvements in material control and accounting programs. The method is used to more objectively compare multi-attributed criteria such as dollars and reduced risks. The method is described for an application which assesses improvements in independent verification of waste discards. A savings in time and an in-depth participation by several analysts is achievable using the computer program developed for this purpose.
