Issue Backgrounder: Counting the Costs - How BPA (Bonneville Power Administration) Performs Environmental-Cost Analysis

摘要

Environmental cost benefit analysis is illustrated for electric power generation with objective of use in early decision making for resource use. The analysis by multidisciplinary experts considers the process, impact, diffusion, exposure, response, and valuation. Beneficial changes are subtracted from overall costs for the final analysis.
