This procedure has been devised specifically for the rapid, simultaneous, determination of nitrate, nitrite, and phosphate in biodenitrification (BND) liquors. A set of twelve samples can be completed in approximately three hours. This includes preparation of working reagent solutions, instrument set-up, and dilution of samples. Additional samples can be completed at a rate of twelve per hour. (ERA citation 13:043579)
