Northwest Hazardous Waste Site Characteristics under Industrial and Climatic Settings.

The Pacific Northwest Laboratory (PNL) has an effort under way to identify both appropriate existing technology and the need to develop new technology to assess and remediate hazardous waste management problems. This effort has been performed in support of several activities within PNL, including programmatic planning for the Northwest Hazardous Waste Research, Development, and Demonstration Center. Among other interests, we wanted to know if common problems existed across the Northwest region. (ERA citation 13:052133)
