This regulation provides guidance on the evaluation framework to be used in Corps of Engineers flood control and flood damage reduction studies. It is jointly promulgated by Planning and Engineering and applies to Hydrology/ Hydraulic, Geotechnical, Structural, and Economic evaluations.
