This Technical Note was developed as a supplement to the Retrospective Evaluation of Corps Aquatic Ecosystem Restoration Projects Protocol Part 1: Project Overview. Objectives of this supplement are as follows: (1) describe the project-specific data entry and review procedures; (2) explain the various database components; (3) outline included datafields and datasets; and (4) document the process of developing the database.
