This report results from a contract tasking Nangia Aero Research Associates as follows: The proposal is in two phases as mentioned in the above document. The scope of the work is fairly large and a judicious choice is implied in consultation with technical monitors at AFRL. Phase 1 is for total elapse time of about 4 months Phase 2 is 6 months Phase 3 is 6 months.
