A Miniature Cold Plate Heat Exchanger for an Electronic Package

This report contains the results of an investigation into the design and development of a small light-weight watercooled cold plate for installation in airborne electronic packaging. Simplified thermal studies are included, showing the excellent correlation between the thermal performance based on the data from extensive thermal tests and the theoretical thermal performance.
