Then four clones out of them, each differing in the resistance grade, were transplanted serially in rats and examined for their re-sistance grade during the transplantations in order to know whether their grade of resistance is strictly stable. The re¬sults were summarized in table 2. Except the grade of clone No. 3, the grade of the remaining three (clones No. 1, 2 and 4) varied through their serial transpfers.
